Most people, myself included, would rather have a root canal than walk into a car dealership. Nick made the buying experience 180-degrees opposite of what I expected. He was fun, kind, thorough and didn't put me "in the hot seat" as I had anticipated from previous (read: painful) car-buying experiences. He listened to what features I was most concerned about and didn't try to push me towards features (read: a more expensive model) I didn't need. I truly cannot recommend Nick highly enough. Although he was newer to the Mountain States team, it was clear that he goes above and Joey Tabanga was my sales associate at Mountain States Toyota. Although he was newer to the Mountain States team, it was clear that he goes above and beyond in creating a hassle-free experience, especially for a First Time Purchaser like myself. Prior to visiting I had done plenty of research and spoken to friends who had also worked with Mountain States, though during my visit I realized I did not have car insurance, so Joey waited patiently while I called my insurance company to set up a policy. He helped me fax the appropriate paperwork to the agency and provided helpful insights on how to get discounts. I appreciated his patience and staying late into the evening to ensure my experience was successful. Finally, I appreciate the handwritten card as a follow-up, as well as the text message from Michael Ramsetter who was my initial contact at Mountain States. Even though my busy schedule prevents me from responding right away, this shows that they care and that is awesome! I am thankful that I ended up working with Joey. I did research online and Travis called me right away and sent me emails about the vehicle I was interested in and connected me with Ryan. We didn't NEED a new car so we went in hoping to see what we could find and what I could get for my trade-in. I hate buying new cars...until today. We were given to Jimmy Gallegos and from the second we met him, we received the highest of customer service. No haggling...no back and forth...just exceptional service. It made my day to drive off in a new 4Runner and get a great trade-in for my Rav. I wasn't sure that I wanted to stick to a Toyota but today's experience has me a lifetime convert. Highly recommend and cannot say anything but wonderful things from the moment we walked in the door, to the test drives, to the financial paperwork. Just exceptional! More
