Sheridan Southerland, our sales person met us in the parking lot with a friendly greeting and asked if he could be of assistance. There was no pressure to push us toward purchasing a vehicle. After we narrowed our search to one vehicle, he did a good job of showing the features and highlights of the vehicle and then followed up with all the paperwork to complete the deal. James in the finance department fully explained the options offered and made sure we fully understood what we were agreeing to in this contract. Note that there was no added dealer's shipping and handling fees that are usually added by other dealers. We feel that our experience with Mountain States was super. Good job!!! More

I had every intention to spend the day shopping around at other dealerships. Mr. Gallegos approached when we first arrived and was very cordial and professional. If this would have been what I call a high pressure sales situation I would have walked away but this was not the case. Mr Gallegos explained to me up front how Mountain States does business and there were no added fees to the sicker price. My intent was to just look at the Tacoma's and go to the next dealership and continue shopping but ended up buying a brand new truck. My overall experience buying this vehicle was the best I have ever had. After doing countless hours of research the prices at Mountain States were the best around. Initially I was going ot get a used truck but because of the great prices I ended up with a new one. Mr Gallegos spent time to go over all the features of this vehicle and made me feel like a valued customer. I am glad that Mountain States Toyota was my first stop. I will definitely recommend this dealship to anyone interested in a new car purchase. More
