Though I was a bit apprehensive about shopping for a use I bought a used RAV4 today at Mountain States Toyota. Joey Tabangay was my sales associate. Though I was a bit apprehensive about shopping for a used car due to an unpleasant experience in the past, my worries soon dissipated. I never felt pressured in the slightest during my time with Joey. He was cordial, pleasant, funny, and down to earth. I really got the feeling that Joey had my best interest in mind. He listened to my wants and needs in a vehicle and before I knew it we were out test driving. Though I found a car I really liked, it was just a bit out of my price range. Joey and his sales manager (also excellent, unfortunately I don't recall his name) worked with me and we were able to strike a deal that was fair on both sides. I really can't say enough good things about my time at the dealership. I will most certainly be recommending Mountain States Toyota and specifically Joey T. to any friends or family looking for a vehicle in the future. More

Mo at Mountain State Toyota was the absolute greatest!! Dealership was very clean, full of personnel who really appeared to enjoy their job, not just the people we dealt with directly but everyone we saw at Dealership was very clean, full of personnel who really appeared to enjoy their job, not just the people we dealt with directly but everyone we saw at this facility. Sheridan Southerland, our sales person met us in the parking lot with a friendly greeting and asked if he could be of assistance. There was no pressure to push us toward purchasing a vehicle. After we narrowed our search to one vehicle, he did a good job of showing the features and highlights of the vehicle and then followed up with all the paperwork to complete the deal. James in the finance department fully explained the options offered and made sure we fully understood what we were agreeing to in this contract. Note that there was no added dealer's shipping and handling fees that are usually added by other dealers. We feel that our experience with Mountain States was super. Good job!!! More
