Ford Escape. Above and beyond. This was a pleasant experience. I decided to trade in the exact same car for a 4wd version. Mr. Patrick and Mrs. Lana were amazing. When Patrick and I test drove the car, he decided not to let me purchase it until a grinding noise had been resolved. The following morning, the car was taken in for repair. However, upon driving away with this Ford. It broke down. Patrick and Lana sent me home with a rental and resolved the issue yet again. Turned out to be simple ground wiring corrosion.
