I had every intention to spend the day shopping around at other dealerships. Mr. Gallegos approached when we first arrived and was very cordial and professional. If this would have been what I call a high pressure sales situation I would have walked away but this was not the case. Mr Gallegos explained to me up front how Mountain States does business and there were no added fees to the sicker price. My intent was to just look at the Tacoma's and go to the next dealership and continue shopping but ended up buying a brand new truck. My overall experience buying this vehicle was the best I have ever had. After doing countless hours of research the prices at Mountain States were the best around. Initially I was going ot get a used truck but because of the great prices I ended up with a new one. Mr Gallegos spent time to go over all the features of this vehicle and made me feel like a valued customer. I am glad that Mountain States Toyota was my first stop. I will definitely recommend this dealship to anyone interested in a new car purchase. More

When Patrick and I test drove the car, he decided not to let me purchase it until a grinding noise had been resolved. The following morning, the car was taken in for repair. However, upon driving away with this Ford. It broke down. Patrick and Lana sent me home with a rental and resolved the issue yet again. Turned out to be simple ground wiring corrosion.
