After driving it back to Loveland we decided maybe we should have purchased the Highlander because it had a longer wheel base and the ride might be smoother. We called Lana on Monday and they said they would work with us. We took the Rav4 down that Monday and drove back home with a new Highlander that we love! They definitely went out of their way to accommodate us and we would highly recommend them, especially Lana:) More
