Never felt more comfortable spending this much money I purchased my preowned Acura MDX from here a week ago. I called to schedule an appointment and when I arrived the truck was literally parked in front of the main doors clean inside and out ready to be test driven. Awesome. My sales rep Nick W. was experienced, informative, funny, accommodating and honest which made the whole process painless. I visited another dealer earlier that day for the same model and was turned off because they were too focused on the sale instead of addressing the issues I saw. I didn't get that feeling at Mountain States. They also provided me with up to date service records, their checklist to what is required to make it on the lot, as well as upcoming maintenance to look out for which was appreciated. The majority of the work I was planning to do was already done for me. I traded in my old vehicle, the appraisal was fair and simple. No haggling needed. Financing was also painless and managed to work with the credit union I already had one through. I received some nice perks in my GAP coverage along with 6 months of nav traffic and XM radio. The price I paid for the Acura was fair and was actually slightly less than it KBB's for. Theres also no dealer fees which is rare. My last 2 vehicles had $300-600 in dealer fees upon purchase. I was also given a free emissions voucher which it passed, I'm confident this was the right truck for me and will be reliable in the long run. Thanks Nick W, Mountain States and Sonic!
