I love this dealership! I always receive amazing service from friendly and knowledgeable employees. This time we were lucky enough to be paired with Doan. He was exceptional in his service. He always made sure that I understood everything that was going on and took the time to make sure I knew everything about the car. He was so nice, to both my daughter and I. It was unfortunately totaled in an accident, but the safety features saved us from more severe injuries. We loved the car and knew we wanted another, so we got back in touch with Jim. He went above and beyond in working with our insurance company to negotiate a deal on a replacement car, and to make sure we got our new Prius in a timely way. We now have a 2017 car and love it just as much as the old one. Thank you to Jim and Mountain States Toyota for helping us make a difficult situation much easier. More
