Awesome experience with Jen Decker! Jen Decker was such an amazing person to work with during my search for a 4Runner! I went to a few other dealerships while searching for my next car b Jen Decker was such an amazing person to work with during my search for a 4Runner! I went to a few other dealerships while searching for my next car but Jen went above and beyond every single step of the way. I was blown away by her service, especially compared to some of the other dealerships I checked out. She cared about my needs as a buyer and I am so glad I was able to work with her throughout the process, it could not have been a better experience. She never pressured me to buy something I didn't like and always listened to my thoughts on each of the cars we looked at or test drove. She was very transparent and clear about what was going on during each step. Jen was so friendly and also hilarious which made the process very enjoyable, I'm actually a little sad it's over. Mountain States Toyota made my experience an absolute pleasure thanks to Jen! More

I came back to Kelly because he, and Mountain States Toyota are awesome. Kelly is very patient, kind, caring, knowledgeable, and funny. I felt like he was sincerely working to find the car and the deal that was best for me. Over the two years of my first lease, Mountain States Toyota took good care of me and of my car. When my lease was close to being up, Kelly watched for, and notified me of deals that would be to my benefit. I really appreciated his extra effort on my behalf. MST is above average on service and sales but I expect that. What sets them apart for us is, you guessed it, Nick Kramer. He's not the slightest bit pushy.
