It was unfortunately totaled in an accident, but the safety features saved us from more severe injuries. We loved the car and knew we wanted another, so we got back in touch with Jim. He went above and beyond in working with our insurance company to negotiate a deal on a replacement car, and to make sure we got our new Prius in a timely way. We now have a 2017 car and love it just as much as the old one. Thank you to Jim and Mountain States Toyota for helping us make a difficult situation much easier. More

We initially had a very competitive offer from another local dealer, but Mount Mountain States Toyota pulled out all of the stops to get our business. We initially had a very competitive offer from another local dealer, but Mountain States not only beat the offer, but gave us a more well-equipped vehicle for the same price. Awesome experience with Jen Decker! Jen Decker was such an amazing person to work with during my search for a 4Runner! I went to a few other dealerships while searching for my next car b Jen Decker was such an amazing person to work with during my search for a 4Runner! I went to a few other dealerships while searching for my next car but Jen went above and beyond every single step of the way. I was blown away by her service, especially compared to some of the other dealerships I checked out. She cared about my needs as a buyer and I am so glad I was able to work with her throughout the process, it could not have been a better experience. She never pressured me to buy something I didn't like and always listened to my thoughts on each of the cars we looked at or test drove. She was very transparent and clear about what was going on during each step. Jen was so friendly and also hilarious which made the process very enjoyable, I'm actually a little sad it's over. Mountain States Toyota made my experience an absolute pleasure thanks to Jen! More

I felt like he was sincerely working to find the car and the deal that was best for me. Over the two years of my first lease, Mountain States Toyota took good care of me and of my car. When my lease was close to being up, Kelly watched for, and notified me of deals that would be to my benefit. I really appreciated his extra effort on my behalf.
