We had an awesome experience with Nick Wagner of Mountain States Toyota. It all started off with is great sense of service. He was there to make the experience easy, positive and complete. From the first introductions, the test drive and beyond - he was a top professional. He was exceptionally knowledgeable about the car from the beginning - not just the buttons, but the safety features, driving features, etc. They did an evaluation of my trade and gave me fair value, they had specials and he gave me all the options - percentages, monthly rate and length of the loan options. He did all the numbers right up front to show me my options. When I gave him what I wanted - off he went to find the right Highlander with my requirements. He met them all, drove to pick it up and we were set. Went through the finance process (thanks Andy Im), car education - more buttons and features, and we were off in a great new vehicle. Asked them to also check on a rotational noise that had developed recently from rear of vehicle.Turned out to be bad driver side rear wheel bearing. and they did not have the replacement in stock. I was thinking this could take some time and it would be expensive.. Bobbi surprised me though when she said that she located the part at another dealership and that it was on its way. She provided me with transportation home and had me picked up when it was ready, the same day. Now that was an amazing experience that she made happen considering it was unscheduled and part was not available at Mountain States. He made my husband and I feel valued, he never pressured us into a sale, his vehicle knowledge was top-notch, and he even took the time to walk me through the features of my new vehicle & pair my phone before I drove off the lot. The gasket was repaired and the tires were mounted and ready to go 30 minutes before expected. My Service Mgr. was Anthony Markham, a competent professional young man. Roland let us test drive one Rav4 and then proceeded to state "every other Rav4 on the lot will drive the same way so no need to take time driving another one." We asked if we could test drive another Rav4 of a different date and mileage (since we had only driven a 2015 with 8,000 miles - which will of course drive well), but Roland told us that he didn't want to waste his time. HIS TIME, were his exact words. I've been car shopping for a few weeks now and Roland was the most unprofessional sales person I've encountered. If anyone decides to shop at Mountain States Toyota, as they did have a good selection, make sure not to get stuck with Roland. More

Straight Forward Honest Experience I had gone to AutoNation Toyota to look for a new Tundra because it is close by to my home. The experience was awful, lots of games and an insult to m I had gone to AutoNation Toyota to look for a new Tundra because it is close by to my home. The salesman wouldn't work with me at all I left and went home and opened their website and requested a quote on the exact same truck and it was 2500 less than what they were willing to sell it to me for when I was at the dealership. I went to the Mountain States Toyota Website, requested the Sonic Price on a Tundra Limited and Pierce Holstead got back to me right away, confirmed all fees to do the deal. I drove the dealership and then worked with Carl Poretti to finish the deal. My first impression when I walked on the lot was that it wasn't an intimidating atmosphere like at AutoNation. Carl was great to work with and disclosed everything. I felt comfortable with the deal and got the truck I wanted. Buying a car isn't all about the cost, it's how you are treated during the whole process. I'm now a customer for life and will refer my friends to them as well. More
