Left me with a bad taste.. I had a very poor experience with Roland Mombelli specifically, not with the rest of the Mountain States Toyota staff. Roland let us test drive one Rav4 and then proceeded to state "every other Rav4 on the lot will drive the same way so no need to take time driving another one." We asked if we could test drive another Rav4 of a different date and mileage (since we had only driven a 2015 with 8,000 miles - which will of course drive well), but Roland told us that he didn't want to waste his time. HIS TIME, were his exact words. I've been car shopping for a few weeks now and Roland was the most unprofessional sales person I've encountered. If anyone decides to shop at Mountain States Toyota, as they did have a good selection, make sure not to get stuck with Roland. More

Straight Forward Honest Experience I had gone to AutoNation Toyota to look for a new Tundra because it is close by to my home. The salesman wouldn't work with me at all I left and went home and opened their website and requested a quote on the exact same truck and it was 2500 less than what they were willing to sell it to me for when I was at the dealership. I went to the Mountain States Toyota Website, requested the Sonic Price on a Tundra Limited and Pierce Holstead got back to me right away, confirmed all fees to do the deal. I drove the dealership and then worked with Carl Poretti to finish the deal. My first impression when I walked on the lot was that it wasn't an intimidating atmosphere like at AutoNation. Carl was great to work with and disclosed everything. I felt comfortable with the deal and got the truck I wanted. Buying a car isn't all about the cost, it's how you are treated during the whole process. I'm now a customer for life and will refer my friends to them as well. More
