We were always defensive, because they would always try to up-sell their “preventive” services, they would always try to SCARE us into a thousand dollar bill. Now going back to Fernando in MST, he knows his craft, he always listens to us, treats us with respect, and makes us feel comfortable. Amazing experience every time, so if he would tell us that our car needs a thousand dollar service, we would not hesitate, we would not try to get a better estimate elsewhere, we would do it, because we really trust that he is an honest person that really honestly cares about the client. My appointment was at 7:00AM and my Highlander was promised by My 10,000 Service for my 2016 Toyota Highlander Limited AWD was a pleasant experience. My appointment was at 7:00AM and my Highlander was promised by 8:30AM and was taken to be serviced immediately. My waiting experience was great as I had a Breakfast Burrito while I was waiting.
