From the beginning, I was impressed with the fact that Mike wasn't pushy and aggressive as soon as I walked in. It is usually a different buying experience for a woman. I researched 3 different dealerships in 3 different states and Mountain States Toyota had the best price. Mike worked with me via email until everything was ready. When we arrived, it was ready for a test drive. By the time we finished the paperwork, Mike went over all the " bells and whistles " with the car and it was ready to go with a full tank of fuel. It didn't stop there, Since then I've had two follow up emails, just checking to see if I had any follow up questions or needed any more information. I was met by Derek Garcia in the parking lot who showed me the cars that I'd selected and after test driving them, sat down with me and went over the features and benefits of each. There was no upselling, game playing, etc.; Derek had listened closely to what I required and guided me to a decision. I worked with James Longsdorf for financing and he was helpful and informative. Three hours later, I drove home a 2013 Scion with an extended package, a lower interest rate than the pre-approved loan, and was within the budget I'd established. Thank you!! More

He was very helpful and made the whole experience easy and delightful! He told me to contact him any time, day or night, if I needed anything - and he was serious! I left without my floor mats, called the next morning, and he met me personally at the dealer that afternoon to get them to me. I wouldn't shop anywhere else and I will always ask for Joe! More

We were always defensive, because they would always try to up-sell their “preventive” services, they would always try to SCARE us into a thousand dollar bill. Now going back to Fernando in MST, he knows his craft, he always listens to us, treats us with respect, and makes us feel comfortable. Amazing experience every time, so if he would tell us that our car needs a thousand dollar service, we would not hesitate, we would not try to get a better estimate elsewhere, we would do it, because we really trust that he is an honest person that really honestly cares about the client.
