I was I worked with Frank Raphael and had a great experience. I had a very specific requirements for the vehicle and he was able to meet all of them. I was in during Labor Day weekend and despite there being a huge crowd, was not rushed or felt pressured at all. Even returning a few days later for some accessory placement, the service was unreal. Definitely am happy with my choice in dealership. Curtis was also very good with the financing explaining each plan out in full depth and suggesting what might be the best options for me compared to how I will be using the vehicle. More

Great Customer Service I recently purchased a used car from Mountain States Toyota in Denver. Even though it was not a high dollar purchase both Patrick and Lindsey treated me as if I was buying a $60K car. Before my purchase Lindsey promptly answered ALL of my questions and helped me negotiate the price of the car. I flew in to pick up the car and Patrick met me at the airport and drove me the considerable distance back to the dealership. He sensed that I wanted to pick up the vehicle and get going and so he had me out in an hour. FAST! He even ran and filled the car up with gas while I was finishing the paperwork. A car lot is car lot, its good people like Lindsey and Patrick that make the difference. More

excellent experience although impossible to get a great deal Carl was very nice and not pushy, and Jason B. was super helpful and again was not trying to corner you into buying. Of course they have to make money Carl was very nice and not pushy, and Jason B. was super helpful and again was not trying to corner you into buying. Of course they have to make money too, and the toyota are in hot demand, and that is why you may not get a super deal, but still the experience is very good. Todd in finance was also very pleasant to work with, did not force me into buying other packages I was not ready for, but was super in creating options I could tap on in the future. Will do biz with them again in the future. More
Lied to, time wasted & Sean Kramer put the icing on the cake To piggy back on samiseeb 's review...Sean does throw big time temper tantrums(I have a very nasty voicemail on my phone from him)...Let me tell you w To piggy back on samiseeb 's review...Sean does throw big time temper tantrums(I have a very nasty voicemail on my phone from him)...Let me tell you what happened, and then how Sean went the extra mile to make the situation worse. I stopped in the dealership after a meeting out in Denver on Tuesday 10-4-16, around 10am... I browsed the selection of Tacoma's on the back lot for about a half hour before going in and finding a sales person myself. I found a sales person who was putting his shoes on at his desk, and assumed he didn't have much going on. I asked if he can help me with a lease on a Tacoma. He hesitated but then said he would help. We went outside and I showed him the 2 trucks that I was interested in, and he grabbed the keys for one. We drove the truck, and I loved it. I told him I wanted that truck, but I wanted to compare the lease rates to a TRD Sport that sticker priced around the same amount. He ran some numbers and did the classic "back and forth" Up to the manager "tower" (they love to sit in) and came to a good price structure on the TRD Off Road with a 15,000 mile per year, 24 month lease. The salesman asked if I wanted to run my credit based on those terms, I said yes. We discussed remote start and tint for the truck and found a few companies that they offer for remote start and he said lets get an approval and we can probably throw that into the deal for you once approved. After he said the finance manager was working on getting me approved, he said "looks like we made a mistake, we can only do a 12,000 miles per year lease on the truck at that price". Totally deceptive and bait and switch tactics were used to get me to submit my application for financing. The salesmen said it might be a while to get an approval, so I can go home if I want to and wait for a call from him. I went home and about 2 hours later, I received a phone call from the salesmen saying that they submitted my application to Toyota credit, but Toyota credit denied me, and wouldn't approve the business alone without a personal guarantor. I re-explained that I can't do that because we are in the process of getting a construction loan for our new house and I can't put things in my name unless my bank approves me to do that. I said I need to call my bank to see if I can make that happen. I text the sales person and asked if they would still offer the remote start if I got approved, he responded by saying he talked to his manager and they would install the remote start for around $385 including labor if I bought the truck. I asked the sales person to walk around the truck and take pictures for me, and he responded by saying unfortunately they already sold the truck. Then he said they never ran my credit, which is totally contrary to what he already said. I asked to speak to a manager the next day (yesterday) and one of them called me back and apologized after hearing that they sold the truck out from under me, while they were supposedly running my credit to see if they can get me approved on the truck. He said he was sorry they did that to me and that I should actually be talking to the general sales manager, Sean Kramer. Sean called me back a couple of hours later and left a very nasty message saying things like "you have no reason to be upset and we didn't run your credit, and someone else bought the truck and blah blah blah" (I have the voicemail and all of the text messages) . I called and left Sean a message and he called me back. He started by saying "I don't know what's so hard for you to understand, it wasn't your truck, we didn't run your credit, you wanted too much from us and a better buyer came along and bought the truck with cash". The conversation went on and he just progressively became worse to talk to. His voice raised and he continued to tell me I don't "Understand business" and I don't know what I'm talking about and the truck was never mine. He said "Is this conversation done yet? I"m surprised I'm still explaining this to you". He said "I wasn't interested in your deal and we found someone who had cash and paid more for the truck". If you think I'm making this up, replay the phone call. I know these phone calls are recorded, SO I would love it if you went back and replayed the phone call we had. Listen to how rude, degrading, and condescending he was. Everybody sells this truck and there are much better dealers out there to work with. Mountain states has a very bad reputation on the street and I was warned not to go there. I thought everybody is worth their shot, but apparently those people were right. This place is downright shady. How can you run somebody's credit, deny them for a vehicle, offer them time to arrange financing, sell that vehicle to somebody else (in the meantime), and then say you never ran my credit in the first place? This is a very bad chain of events and theres no excuse for it. More
