My appointment was at 7:00AM and my Highlander was promised by 8:30AM and was taken to be serviced immediately. My waiting experience was great as I had a Breakfast Burrito while I was waiting. Great Customer Service I recently purchased a used car from Mountain States Toyota in Denver. Even though it was not a high dollar purchase both Patrick and Lindsey treated I recently purchased a used car from Mountain States Toyota in Denver. Even though it was not a high dollar purchase both Patrick and Lindsey treated me as if I was buying a $60K car. Before my purchase Lindsey promptly answered ALL of my questions and helped me negotiate the price of the car. I flew in to pick up the car and Patrick met me at the airport and drove me the considerable distance back to the dealership. He sensed that I wanted to pick up the vehicle and get going and so he had me out in an hour. FAST! He even ran and filled the car up with gas while I was finishing the paperwork. A car lot is car lot, its good people like Lindsey and Patrick that make the difference. More
