I called and spoke with Randy Hendricks about the truck and after a brief conversation he i I saw a 2015 Dodge 1500 Ram on your web site and liked it. I called and spoke with Randy Hendricks about the truck and after a brief conversation he invited me out for a look see and test drive. This was 8pm Saturday night and Randy did not seem to mind. After a test drive and a look over of financing I bought it and drove it home that night. Randy made the whole experience easy and comfortable. Randy also put me into the clear coat on the front of the vehicle and I also purchased other finish protections offered. The return service was over the top great. No haggling required. I met with Jim Gallegos on 16 September 2016 at Mountain States Toyota. I talked with Jim for about 45 minutes about 2017 Toyota Tundras. He answered my questions honestly and professionally. He was very patient and kind throughout the conversation. on 24 September 2016. I purchased a brand new, just delivered to the Mountain States Lot, 2017 Toyota Tundra with all the accoutrements I desired. Jim took the time to locate this vehicle for me because the dealership did not have the color I wanted at the time. He was able to secure the vehicle for me from another dealership prior to it even reaching the other dealers lot. Jim worked hard to get the price I was seeking and went above and beyond to assist my wife and I in obtaining the truck. I am more than pleased with the ease of purchasing the truck through Jim at Mountain States Toyota. I had visited another dealership prior to Mountain States Toyota and it appeared the other dealer had a better initial price; however, I later found out the other dealer had fees which were not indicated in the initial price quote. These fees raised the vehicle price by nearly $700 dollars. Jim was able to beat the other dealers initial price before the additional costs were added in. I highly recommend working with Jim at Mountain States Toyota for a no pressure buying experience. He is a stand up guy! More
