Service Department Visit I visit this dealership every few month's for basic oil changes and any other maintenance to my Toyota Tacoma. I have one main complaint, and many mor I visit this dealership every few month's for basic oil changes and any other maintenance to my Toyota Tacoma. I have one main complaint, and many more good things to say than bad. My complaint would be that when all I need is a basic oil change, setting up appointments are sometimes 3-5 weeks out, and this can cause some serious issues with more critical issues when they arise. One good thing about setting up appointments so far out is that you can tell many other people like the service they are receiving which is why they are always booked so far out. My favorite part of waiting the few weeks for my appointment is that when i show up at the check in bay, I am always greeted with friendly and helpful employees of the service department. More particularly, Scott Jarrett has been helping me the past few years and he is a role model employee of any service industry. Coming from a hospitality background, I can tell when employees really embody being a courteous, gracious, and helpful person above all. Scott not only remembers my name, he remembers things I have told him in prior visit that are usually months apart. There are so many good things I like about Scott and I fear that if he ever left, my experience would be less than amazing. Either way, I would recommend this service center to anyone with a Toyota, and I know that I am always looking forward to being treated with the utmost respect and professionalism when I show up and Scott comes to say hello or help me out. More

Beyond Excellent I am not sure how Ray Saccomano could have made my car purchase experience any better other than giving me the car for free with a giant bow on it. We had a good idea of what we were looking for when we came in but Ray gave us all of our options, provided great feedback in terms of financing and warranties, and overall just generally helped make this experience as pleasant as buying a new car can be! I have purchased 3 vehicles in the last six years and I was ready to finally settle on a newer certified vehicle that would last. Ray helped me sort through my options with wise guidance but never pushed anything on me. Mountain States Toyota absolutely has the largest inventory of certified vehicles, the friendliest and most educated staff I have worked with and really let me take my time in deciding. Ray your service was stellar, your laugh infectious, and I genuinely appreciated your humor, lightheartedness, and honest feedback.
