We had a good idea of what we were looking for when we came in but Ray gave us all of our options, provided great feedback in terms of financing and warranties, and overall just generally helped make this experience as pleasant as buying a new car can be! I have purchased 3 vehicles in the last six years and I was ready to finally settle on a newer certified vehicle that would last. Ray helped me sort through my options with wise guidance but never pushed anything on me. Excellent buying experience for Tacoma with Jesse Shearman I just want to say that this was the best car buying experience I have ever had. Jesse was so nice. We actually signed a lease at a different dealersh I just want to say that this was the best car buying experience I have ever had. Jesse was so nice. We actually signed a lease at a different dealership but then that dealership called us the following day and said our car was sold to someone else. We obviously were upset about this but then Jesse was able to find the car we wanted and made the whole experience painless. We even had breakfast as there was a free pancake bar that morning. To top it all off, the finance director signed us up with different promotions that were offered through Toyota that was not even offered at the other dealership. At no time did I feel pressured to buy or sign any paperwork and at no time did I feel like I was just another buyer, despite this dealership selling plenty of cars every day. I can't express how happy I was with this experience and can only thank Jesse for giving us a great deal and for having excellent customer service.
