Best car buying experience I've ever had Just completed a purchase of used 2008 Toyota FJ Cruiser and couldn't be happier. Emily and John were amazing and treated me like a rock star. I live Just completed a purchase of used 2008 Toyota FJ Cruiser and couldn't be happier. Emily and John were amazing and treated me like a rock star. I live 160 miles away and used their Internet site to reserve a test drive and hold the car. Emily was amazing and took my trade in despite it's fair condition for a fair price. The vehicle I purchased was below blue book and saved me big bucks on dealer handling and shipping fees. Curtis in finance was straight forward and answered all my questions. When I arrived early, John had the car washed, prepped and ready. My name was on the big screen TV welcoming me and I was served burritos for breakfast while waiting for my appraisal and finance. Awesome car purchasing experience, great job you all! More

Very respectful and easy process, I never felt pressured or talked down to. Mountain States Toyota put me in my first car, the one I wanted, and I've been cruising the roads since. We arrived at 7 p.m, and even though the dealership closed at 9:00 pm, Larry was there until 10:30 to guide us through the process. He was very honest, personable, patient and informative. Couldn't have asked for better service. We had many questions which he answered exceptionally well. The whole experience of purchasing or leasing a vehicle is very intimidating, but Larry's great sense of humor made the experience more pleasurable. I strongly recommend Larry and this dealership. The finance person, whose name escapes me was also very helpful. I believe it was Jerrod. Don't hesitate to schedule an appointment with Larry if you need to lease or buy a vehicle. More
