Exceptional service from Larry Hall. I accompanied my daughter who was ready to lease her first vehicle. We got excellent service from Larry Hall. We arrived at 7 p.m, and even though the dealership closed at 9:00 pm, Larry was there until 10:30 to guide us through the process. He was very honest, personable, patient and informative. Couldn't have asked for better service. We had many questions which he answered exceptionally well. The whole experience of purchasing or leasing a vehicle is very intimidating, but Larry's great sense of humor made the experience more pleasurable. I strongly recommend Larry and this dealership. The finance person, whose name escapes me was also very helpful. I believe it was Jerrod. Don't hesitate to schedule an appointment with Larry if you need to lease or buy a vehicle. More

I continue to trust the staff beyond measure; they are just as courteous, efficient, patient, thorough, knowledgeable, honest as ever. My vehicles are also only serviced at Mountain States. We found the car we wanted. I like Mountain States Toyota for a couple of reasons. For one thing, we love Toyotas. Secondly, we love the no pressure, no haggle prices. I don't I like Mountain States Toyota for a couple of reasons. For one thing, we love Toyotas. Secondly, we love the no pressure, no haggle prices. I don't want to have to worry about that. We loved that they had so many vehicles on the lot to choose from.
