AWESOME PEOPLE Best sales experience ever On Friday I went in to check out the tacoma and tundras vs the ford. I was approached by Scott Marzorati. He said thats fine lets go look around. He spent over 2 hours test driving and showing me the various options. I told him that I was going to check out Omera Ford to look at the F150s. He never balked. Just told me to make sure i get the price in writing. On Saturday morning I went to Omera Ford and what a HORRIBLE experience that was. But I got the price and drove back to Scott. We went back out again looking at the various options. He then gave me the price quote . I told him i would go home and think about it.He never balked. On Monday I went in and ordered my truck. Throughout both experiences, we always felt he had our best interests in mind, and never once questioned whether he was giving us the best deal possible. Both Jesse and Paula Lambert, from the finance team, stayed late with us and helped us resolve an insurance issue so that we could close on our lease; a testament to how the team at Mountain States truly goes above and beyond for their customers.
