Together, we looked at numerous options that were available in my search for a used RAV4. Derek was very knowledgeable regarding years, models and the features available on each. We spent quite a bit of time together and he did not make me feel pressured time wise or to make a decision. The second evening I came and brought my daughter. We took another test drive in the '14 RAV4 I was considering. Again, Derek's patience was appreciated. We agreed to trade my car in and purchase the RAV4 that evening.
