A good experience with Derek Garcia, Sales Associate Derek Garcia offered his assistance shortly after I arrived on the dealership lot. Together, we looked at numerous options that were available in my search for a used RAV4. Derek was very knowledgeable regarding years, models and the features available on each. We spent quite a bit of time together and he did not make me feel pressured time wise or to make a decision. The second evening I came and brought my daughter. We took another test drive in the '14 RAV4 I was considering. Again, Derek's patience was appreciated. We agreed to trade my car in and purchase the RAV4 that evening. I picked it up the third evening. Derek had it cleaned up and ready to go. The process went smoothly and without pressure. The most admirable trait that Derek shared was his love for the Toyota brand. His passion helped me feel comfortable that I was making a good choice. I appreciated that reassurance. Thank you. More

Easy, friendly, no hassle I showed up with no appointment and Nick Wagner helped us immediately. He was friendly and informative without making us feel pressured. 2 Cars One Great Sales Person We are new to Colorado and i was checking Mountain States out because we had 2 leases coming due. I stopped in without an appointment and was lucky enough to meet with Kelly Nimeth. My wife and i can back on Saturday and Kelly was able to get us into two new vehicles that day! Kelly is a no pressure easy to do business with kind of guy. We felt very at easy and Kelly was able to answer all our questions and get us driving home that day with two new Toyota's. Service experience When I went in for my last service visit I was told my car needed extensive and expensive work done. I was not prepared for that but Corrie Flageolle When I went in for my last service visit I was told my car needed extensive and expensive work done. I was not prepared for that but Corrie Flageolle was amazing. She talked to her boss and got the amount reduced and then got me a track car to use for three days. She did everything she could do to help me. She is the best. I am so thankful for her and Elliot Levy the service tech. They both gave me excellent service and they are the reason I keep returning.
