Keith Garcia This is the second Toyota I have purchased from Mountain States. I went in looking to work with Larry Hall as I did when I purchased my Rav 4 in 2015. This is the second Toyota I have purchased from Mountain States. I went in looking to work with Larry Hall as I did when I purchased my Rav 4 in 2015. Larry was tied up on a test drive so Derek/Keith Garcia helped us. He was very helpful and knew a lot about the Camry. He was not high pressure and was very patient with us while we made our decision. When it came time to work the numbers I found a discrepancy between the vehicle tagged pricing and what he came back with on his print out. He was very helpful in getting that to reconcile. Derek was a joy to work with all around. I had to bring the camry back on the following Monday because of a check engine light that came on. I emailed Derek and he made the arrangements with service to get it taken care of. I really appreciate his commitment and understanding of customer service.. More

I do feel that we were pressured into fianancing with Partner Cred The dealership is fantastic in locating a vehicle and working with us on financing. I do feel that we were pressured into fianancing with Partner Credit union. While for business reasons it is profitable for you to work with that financial Institution, it results in a horrible client experience. From our perspective, Our dealing with Partner Credit Union creates a negative client experience for mountain states. Refinancing has presentented a unique set of challenges and now we have a low balance fee with Partner Credit union. 4 runner birthday! We were referred to Mountain States Toyota by a previous employee with the company and who also gets his vehicles at the dealership. The show room was clean, we were asked if we needed anything every time anyone had to step away and were very well taken care of. We went in knowing we wanted a 4 runner and what we wanted our payments to be. We got both and more! We didn't feel pressure at any point to purchase and we also weren't talked out of the decisions we were making. It was an amazing experience and the best birthday ever!!
