We found exactly what we were looking for at Mountain States Toyota in January. We were lucky enough to have Patrick Giusti help us out. He listened to exactly what we were looking for and started hunting for us. He sent me regular updates and pictures of the cars that he found and was patient while we asked questions, test drove, and negotiated. There was no pressure and he worked hard to get us what we wanted. When we decided to look at Tundras for my husband this summer, we knew exactly who we wanted to talk to. We contacted Patrick, told him what we were looking for, and the hunt began. Days later, we were driving off the lot with a truck! While he didn't try to persuade us one way or the other, he provided all of the information we needed to make a confident decision. Mountain States has an impressive pre-owned inventory to select from. We got a BEAUTIFUL 2014 Prius with only 12k miles and couldn't be happier. Regarding the LONG part of the process - paperwork etc, it looked as though mine was going to be even longer because the internet was down in the building. I really wanted to leave with my car that night. Mountain States Toyota made that happen. They offered to buy me dinner at a nearby restaurant until the internet came back up. We are planning on buying a Highlander from Patrick in the very near future and I'm confident that the experience will be just as great. Thanks, Patrick!! More

Best Dealership I've Experienced in 35 Years Went to Mountain States Toyota to buy used Tacoma that was listed. Unfortunately it sold quickly like all used Tacoma's do. Derek Garcia, Sales Associ Went to Mountain States Toyota to buy used Tacoma that was listed. Unfortunately it sold quickly like all used Tacoma's do. Derek Garcia, Sales Associate offered to help me find vehicle I was looking for. When he realized it was sold, he offered me a new Tacoma for not much more than the price of the used 2013. Derek Garcia was by far the best, knowledgeable, honest, sincere salesman I have ever dealt with. The whole process with financing was also very efficient and I was out the door in a short time with a new Tacoma. Also received phone calls from Mountain States the next day making sure I was satisfied.
