Stress-free purchase, my favorite kind! I've now bought 2 new vehicles from Mountain States, and if/when I buy another vehicle, I'll be back here, working with Juan Casillas. I've managed to work with Juan for both purchases, and he is so easy to work with. This time, I brought in my research and we compared it to what the dealership was asking, made some changes (in my favor), and had a deal in something like 30 minutes. He's friendly, he's very accomodating, and the best part is he's not pushy. I highly recommend Juan and Mountain States. I also worked with Curtis/Finance, and he is the first finance guy I've encountered that I liked working with. Again, friendly, unbiased, and not pushy. More
