Word of mouth from other buyers expressed their satisfaction working with Frank Raphael and the rest of the team at Mountain States Toyota. Locally in Albuquerque models were not available and orders were 8-12 weeks out. The dealership and sales team are organized, did not pressure me for purchases I did not need. The paperwork was ready when I arrived, the truck had been detailed, Frank was extremely helpful in walking me through all the documents. In advance of the purchase Frank let me know what documents I needed to bring. He even picked me up at the airport. I would highly recommend anyone interested in making a Toyota or Scion purchase looking at this dealership first. Good job guys. More

I never told them what pricing the other dealer was offering. The sticker price was the same, but their final price was approximately $3,500 cheaper for the same car. I also got a great value on the trade-in. Although the vehicle was not in stock at the time, they were able to reserve one for delivery from factory. The vehicle came in on time with no issues. I never felt pressured or persuaded to commit to purchasing anything and am extremely satisfied with my car shopping experience. More

We searched the entire lot and what we thought were potential good used cars, Patrick gave us his honest opinion and wouldn't let us buy. He actually told us there was no good options for what we were looking for and said he would be in touch. 2 Days later, he found the perfect car for us and our teenager. Great Experience I went to 2 other dealerships before I went to Mountain States Toyota. Should not have wasted my time with the first 2 dealers...typical lot vultures I went to 2 other dealerships before I went to Mountain States Toyota. Should not have wasted my time with the first 2 dealers...typical lot vultures waiting to pressure you into buying. At Mountain States I went online and found out that they had more Tacoma's on the lot than the other 2 combined, was provided information on the model I was interested in, and set up an appointment with a sales person. When I arrived at the dealership the sales person was ready to assist and he had just purchased the same style of truck I was considering providing a greater level insight into the truck than the other locations. Daniel was tremendous throughout the process. He literally printed each of the model styles and went through each of the options with me until I was comfortable with my decision. I told him I wanted to come back with my wife to finalize the process and there was no pressure "what can I do to get you into the truck tonight". He gave me the information we discussed and set up a follow up appointment for the following week. Overall, the process was great and Daniel by far exceeded expectations. More
