Scott did not pressure me and the sales team did not gang up on me like at other places I was looking. No pressure made me feel comfortable, which helped communication and I felt well educated and informed on my decision. Scott talked to my parents over the phone to answer any of their concerns and my parents loved him too. He really takes the time to be human; connect with you and make it personal, not just business. I had FUN at Mountain States. The set prices with no negotiation was a plus, no playing games. The prices were so incredible that my parent's Toyota dealership across the country did not believe the price, called and were like "wow. We can't beat that - that's incredible." This made me feel even more confident in my purchase decision. Scott walked me thru how to work all the cool technology stuff in my new car, took the time to listen and address any concerns. Everything about Scott and Mountain States Toyota had me feeling good. 10/10 will purchase here again and HIGHLY RECOMMEND this dealership and Scott to all my friends! More

I went to the dealership and the magic con I had the best car buying experience ever here at Mountain States. I got the sonic price online from Riley. I went to the dealership and the magic continued. I was greeted in the parking lot by a smile and immediate help finding my sales representative that I had spoken to in the phone. As I wondered around the dealership staff helped me and they were all smiling. The parts man so my lost look and gave me directions to the restroom. Jenn Decker was awesome to work with. She is so down to earth and answered all my questions patiently. I finished my experience with Ryan in finance who got me a better finance rate than I had hoped for. So...... I got a great car at a great price all in a few hours. It was like an adult Disneyland. Thanks to all at Mountain States for my awesome journey. I was so delighted to have a woman sales rep. Derek was very friendly and helpful. Derek drove me to the section where they had the model of car I was looking for. I did not feel pressured to look at the cars. When I expressed that I was looking for a specific certified used car of the same model he drove me directly to it (the car was in the back waiting to be detailed to show). It looked good and he explained the warranty and printed me a carfax. We went for a drive and I really liked the car. Because the car was waiting to be detailed Derek couldn't sell me the car that day. But he helped me out even more! He had the car detailed (vacuumed and steam cleaned) the next day and marked it so that it was never on the floor for show. I came back the evening of next day to a super clean car that was waiting for me. Just me. Thanks to Derek!! Derek again helped me out by upping the trade in value of my previous car to help finance my new car. Then I got to work with Todd who continued to make this an excellent experience. He really helped me out with a great rate on my loan to help me finance my new car as well as an extended warranty. I really appreciate his help. It is so easy for me to recommend Derek Garcia and Todd Gordon based on my experience with them on buying my first car! I would definitely go back! More

The Mountain State is the first dealer that I stopped by in my search. My wife and I had the first excellent impression as we opened the door of the store. Everyone was so professional and friendly. This has relaxed my bad memory from the old days. Especially, Jen Decker greeted us with a big smile and genuine interest to assist us. In anyway, it did not take a long time until we drive a new beautiful Highlander XLE back home in two hours and 30 minutes.
