Well, I called Fred Byers on the phone and asked a couple questions, gave a little information and went to get my car!! I was in and out of the dealership in just over an hour and am so elated about my new Corolla. I have a safe reliable car and the security of knowing I also have an amazing dealership behind the maintenance on it. More

We had a good idea of the options we wanted on a new truck, we also knew the Toyota pricing from prior research, and we didn't mind waiting for delivery to be able to customize a truck with all the options we wanted. While most car sales staff at any dealership want you to purchase from existing inventory, Lindsey Loomis listened to us and understood that we wanted a truck with specific options and features. Lindsey took the time to help custom order our new truck and provided pricing that was better than all other dealerships in the metro Denver area. We felt no "sales pressure" and even though we asked many many questions and wanted all the details of everything, Lindsey also did a lot of research for us and returned answers promptly and accurately. The truck arrived early and, upon delivery of the truck, Scott Marzorati came in on his day off and helped us through the paperwork and spent a good amount of time making sure everything was perfect. He walked us through configuring our phones for bluetooth communication with the Audio and Apps Entune system and teaching us it's many features. Scott probably spent 3 hours with us with paperwork and mostly going over the operating features and components unique to the Toyota Tacoma. Overall it was the BEST and EASIEST buying auto buying experience we have ever had. I can also state with confidence that Mountain States Toyota has the best new vehicle prices in Denver. More

2016 Tundra Platinum I recently sold my Tacoma and was looking for a new Tundra. Andy Im was able to get one for me. We hade to order a black Tundra. I am in the process of replacing my 2005 Acura MDX, and I came to Mountain States to look at a used Toyota Highlander. I quickly decided the Highlander was not what I was looking for, but a 2014 4Runner Limited caught my eye. Andy told me that a colleague was showing the vehicle, so he couldn't show it to me (I respect that). To get to know his client, Andy asked what features on the Limited appealed to me. When I told him I wanted leather seats, he explained that they were also featured on the Premium trim-lines of both the 4Runner SR5 and the 4Runner Trail (I had no idea). While we 'killed time' waiting for the 2014 Limited, he explained that he could put me in a new 2016 4Runner SR5 Premium for about $1,200 more than the 40,000-mile 4Runner Limited. Although his demeanor was professional and friendly, the best thing about my experience with Andy was the fact that HE KNOWS HIS PRODUCT. He has owned Toyotas of all kinds for many years, including 4Runners, and was very knowledgeable. When a salesperson can speak about a vehicle's pros (and cons) from personal experience, it enhances credibility and helps educate the buyer. This is an extremely valuable resource for both the dealership and the prospective purchaser. I may or may not wind up buying a car from Andy, but I would recommend him -- enthusiastically and without reservation -- to any Toyota shoppers looking for a new or used 4Runner. More

I HIGHLY recommend purchasing your vehicle from him and servicing your vehicle here as well. One of the reasons I decided on another Toyota was because of their service department which I visited with a previous vehicle. Mountain States Toyota you are doing a great job with your store. Your employees are also a representation of the Toyota name, I think you should be proud. :-) More
