Relaxed experience, attention to detail Derek Williamson walked us through every part of a no pressure, fair and smooth truck buying experience. Even though we bombarded him with questions, Derek Williamson walked us through every part of a no pressure, fair and smooth truck buying experience. Even though we bombarded him with questions, Derek calmly came back with answers. He let us know the expected time of our next step of purchasing, which was greatly appreciated, since our 8 year grand daughter was with us. We noticed a slightly irregular noise coming from under the hood after the test drive. Derek had us pull right into a service bay and asked the mechanics to check it out. The issue was resolved in minutes. Curtis in Finance had everything ready for us and added a humorous ending to our time at Mountain States. Derek's demeanor and manner makes him an excellent sales person...we highly recommend Derek and Mountain States Toyota. Tom & Gini More

Three days ago I came to Mountain States to investigate a new 2016 car which I had seen advertised online and ended up buying a different barely used 2015 instead. This occurred after returning for a couple of other visits to work with Jim as well. I was so pleased with his friendly, informative approach to customer service. He was very patient with me as I asked many questions and test drove various models before reaching a decision on the "just right " car for me!
