Right when I hit the lot I was greeted by Andy who showed me exactly what I was looking for and even went the extra mile to get me the exact color and specifications that I wanted. Everything was smooth and efficient from day one. Alex was great with the financial side and even found me a great deal for being a teacher! The price was lower than anything I had researched online (and I did a lot of research!) It was truly the best experience I could have imagined. Thanks! More

Roland greeted us as we arrive and offered to show us around. We told him we just wanted to hear the facts. After sitting for a short time of very informative information, we went to the lot and the first car I saw I knew was the one for me! We test drove it and looked at the same exact car with same options (different leather) and decided we wanted to come back the following day to see in daylight. The purchased our new Camry, was handled very professionally by Roland and we were very happy to drive our car home that day. We would definitely recommend your dealership and to look up Roland. More

Lifer-- can I add 5 more stars?? Let's face it, shopping for a car is a pain. No question. It's a tedious endeavor with a potentially exciting and new outcome; but, c'mon, let's be re Let's face it, shopping for a car is a pain. No question. It's a tedious endeavor with a potentially exciting and new outcome; but, c'mon, let's be real. It just plain sucks. The hassle and haggle of the pushy car salesman, long hours wasted trying to get the best deal that works for you, and making sure you find the right car at the right price is a task you'd rather leave to your worst enemy. Entrado Sal La Rosa and Mountain States Toyota. Sal La Rosa took the pushy car salesman, stomped on him, cursed his name, and ate him for breakfast. And the nourishment he received out of this hard-to-stomach meal is nothing short of amazing. I'm a thirty-something young professional with a hearty social life, strong work ethic and busy schedule. The last thing I wanted to do was spend hours on the internet or even at a dealership trying to find exactly what I needed (and of course, wanted) at the right price, dealing with seedy car salesman. Just by chance, I drove by Mountain States with cars on my mind, and I'm fairly certain the universe planted me there so that I could have a godly experience. Sal went above and beyond with no pushy jargon and got me the best deal without having to put too much elbow grease in on my end. Honestly, I was on the phone swingin deals with other dealers in the state through the Costco Automotive program, and when I told the sales voice on the other end what I was being offered at Mountain States, their answer was simply, "That's a great deal." No dicussion. No argument. Done and done. Once I entered the always-threatening doors of the finance office, my fears and anxiety washed away in moments once meeting with Todd, who took care of the paperwork lickity-split and got me to the finish line without pushing more unnecessary purchases, but made sure I was protecting my investment in the best way possible. Once in my car, Sal reversed any of those buyers remorse anxieties that come to mind once making one of the most expensive purchases of your life. (Thanks, buddy.) And that's truly how I feel. Mountain States Toyota is now a buddy of mine. Sweet! Mountain States Toyota and their dream-of-a-pushy-car-salesman-eating ambassador Sal La Rosa are alright in my book. In fact, I'm a lifer. I've got one word for you: Integrity. Now how often can you say that about a car salesman and a dealership? Thanks guys. You've got my loyalty, and my highest recommendation eternally. Kudos. More
