Great experience at Mountain States Toyota! He answered all my questions and did not put pressure on me to buy a vehicle. I left the dealership to contemplate the information he provided. I returned a couple weeks later to negotiate on a $ Runner and getting to the numbers I was looking for was accomplished in a relatively short-time. Ryan Revis, in finance, was friendly, informative and closed the deal quickly. The entire experience at Mountain States was professional and I would recommend Bo to anyone looking for a new car! I love my new 4 Runner! More

Having been to Toyota many times So here I am sitting on my computer looking for a new (new to me) car. I find this RAV4 for a very reasonable price. Having been to Toyota many times prior I knew it would only take about 5 minutes to call ahead and make an appointment for me to come and see the vehicle. Sure enough I was in the dealership an hour later. I was helped by a younger gentlemen at first that showed me and let me test drive the car. He wasn't much help. I had to leave for work but came back the next day with the intentions of buying the car I had seen yesterday. This is where I met the friendly, professional, and outgoing Randy Hendricks. He and Curtis Mannisto helped me along through the whole process, making it as easy as possible for me while they handled all of the tedious work. I was in and signing the paperwork for my new car in no time. This time when I saw my car, Randy took the time to actually show me my car. He showed me everything I knew about and everything I didn't so I left the parking lot with complete confidence in knowing my car. Randy made my first time car buying experience one to remember, and I will always recommend him and Mountain States Toyota to anyone looking to purchase a new or used vehicle. More

It has been a number of years since I've purchased a car through a dealership and I was a little hesitant, but my experience at Mountain States Toyota It has been a number of years since I've purchased a car through a dealership and I was a little hesitant, but my experience at Mountain States Toyota was great! When I first headed in to look at the used car I'd found online, Roland was such a help! He quickly got the car I was interested in pulled up and ready for a test drive, assisted in keeping my two children entertained, and then answered all sorts of questions I threw at him. We even test drove a few other vehicles as I considered options and everything was smooth, quick, and easy. I wasn't prepared to buy a car that first day and was not pressured to do so, which I appreciated. And, when I was finally ready to buy, it was a simple, straightforward process.
