He listens to what we state we want and helps us find that vehicle. He then helps us get the best deal. We also take our vehicles to Mountain States Toyota for maintenance and repair. We feel that the work is quality, the scheduling is easy, and the customer service is good. More

I took delivery of a 2016 Tacoma TRD off Really a great experience overall. I had a lot of questions and Drew was super patient and very transparent. I took delivery of a 2016 Tacoma TRD off road double cab, and I couldnt be happier. I went to Mountain States on a short notice as they had the best inventory and there were at least 3 trucks, all setup, for me to choose from (compared to other local dealers) which makes things much more comfortable. Mountain States also had the best prices by far, at least $4k less compared to other dealers. It took about 2 hours to check out the truck until i was driving away. I certainly will continue my business with Mountain States. If you are on the fence or sketched out by dealerships, just give them a try. More

Great experience at Mountain States with Derek Williamson When we first went to Mountain States we were primarily going to test drive a Highlander and talk about a future purchase. I love my new RAV4 After trying unsuccessfully for a month trying to work with a broker to get a base RAV4 with a payment I could afford, a coworker suggested I go to Mo After trying unsuccessfully for a month trying to work with a broker to get a base RAV4 with a payment I could afford, a coworker suggested I go to Mountain States Toyota. In no time they were able to get me in RAV4 XLE at the payment I was looking for. Everyone was really nice and very helpful. No pressure to purchase extras that I didn't want or need (unlike the last dealership I dealt with). Definitely the best experience I've had buying or leasing a vehicle. When my lease is up I will go back to them for my next vehicle, won't go anywhere else. Randy Hendricks was awesome, he explained all of the features very well and made sure I was comfortable with them before I left. I highly recommend Mountain States Toyota, ask for Randy. More

Excellent service here I pretty much walked in almost at closing the day after Christmas, and Andy made this the simplest car buying experience I've ever had.
