I told him exactly what I was looking for and every time something close went on the market at Mountain States I would receive a text message with specs and photos. He was also readily available whenever I came in for a test drive. Randy was an all around great salesman and worked with me to get the Tacoma that I was looking for. The only other interaction I had was with Alex in financial. He was also very personable and also great at what he does. His explanations were thorough and he was able to answer all of my questions. Based on the two main interactions I had at Mountain States, I would absolutely recommend this dealership to anyone. More

Amazing first time buyer experience! Naturally being a first time car buyer I walked into Mountain States Toyota feeling anxious and frankly a bit intimidated by the process. However, my feelings were quickly calmed by the friendly and knowledgeable employee, Bo Bliss. Bo was patient with my many questions, and guided me in buying a vehicle that is reliable, in my price range, and really beautiful I must say. Although my credit score is less than flattering, Bo was never judgmental and provided me with hope that I could in fact have the Toyota of my dreams! Following, my decision to move forward with purchasing the car, Alex Robinson, assisted me in my financial woes. Throughout the entire process, I felt guided, supported, and heard. Great experience! I typically steer clear of dealerships, but I wanted to buy my first new vehicle. I researched what I wanted, and finally headed to Mountain States. I typically steer clear of dealerships, but I wanted to buy my first new vehicle. I researched what I wanted, and finally headed to Mountain States. Turns out, the truck I wanted was a low production model and had to be special ordered. The salesman, Jesse, ordered my truck, answered countless questions, and said it could take up to 6 months before it shipped. He gave me status updates weekly, and 3 months after the ordered was placed, he sent me a picture of my new truck still loaded up on the semi at Mountain States. I was pleasantly surprised with my experience. More
