Ask for Matt Puckett Matt Puckett went above and beyond my expectations of a sales person. Matt greeted us as soon as we stepped out of our car and took us to look at the vehicle I had originally made my appointment for. I have a history of choosing old cars with mechanical issues just to "get me by" simply because they're cheaper. I had originally come to the dealership to look at a car that ultimately would have been expensive to repair and put me back into a situation where I would need to replace it entirely. My dream car has always been a Wrangler, but I had it set in my mind that I would never be able to own one until years to come. I didn't tell Matt this originally, but he nonetheless showed us a 2007 Wrangler X that I instantly fell in love with, but again, did not plan to look at yet. As a first time buyer Matt made me feel comfortable as he walked me through the process. I did not once feel patronized or pressured as I had felt at other dealerships. Matt's professional attitude and kind demeanor is ultimately what made me decide to follow through with Mountain States. I ended up leaving with my dream car two days later at a very affordable rate -- something I never would have thought to happen this year. He sent me text message updates on the car and even checked in later that week. Thank you Matt Puckett for your excellent customer service, you are definitely an asset to Mountain States. More

Sal Larosa was personable, knowledgeable and had all of the information on the car ready when I got there. He gave me the "straight poop" about the car (it was used) and even pointed out the scratches so I wouldn't be surprised and could make an informed decision. Ryan Revis, the finance manager was equally great to work with and went over and above to make the terms work for me. This will be the first place I go next time I buy a car. More

2013 Roush Stage 2 Mustang GT My wife and myself went in to Mountain States Toyota to look at a used car. We ended up with the supercharged Mustang which is great, but the best par My wife and myself went in to Mountain States Toyota to look at a used car. We ended up with the supercharged Mustang which is great, but the best part was how easy and fast it all went together. I have purchased a lot of vehicles in the past and with the back and forth between myself and the glass encased guy with the tie that is trying to bleed you for every penny. This time it was so different that I have told everyone about it and we got a great package to cover our new Mustang GT- Roush Stage 2 that the finance rep Ryan Revis, got us is the kicker, that even covers the supercharger. Thank you for all your hard work and checking every option.
