Awesome would only begin to describe our experience. From our on-line dealings with Emily Caldwell, to our meeting with salesman Patrick Ericsson and the finance person, whose name we can't remember, Mountain States Toyota was professional, fair, honest, non-pushy and wonderful to deal with. After talking to 3 dealerships, I found Mountain States was most willing to negotiate and work with me, where as the other dealerships were not. What really sold me was the fact my sales rep was willing to email me back and forth during the process. I'm very busy during the day, so phone calls were not an option, but the fact he was willing to email/text me during the day really helped me out. In the end I feel like I got the deal I wanted, so definitely a good feeling for me to have never felt pressured to sign at a higher amount. More

Jen Decker at Mountain States Toyota is THE BEST! I walked onto the lot at the Mountain States Toyota dealership to ogle, test drive and drool over my dream car, the 2016 Tacoma, mmmmmm. I told my par I walked onto the lot at the Mountain States Toyota dealership to ogle, test drive and drool over my dream car, the 2016 Tacoma, mmmmmm. I told my partner that I only wanted to work with the nicest person and that I wasn't going to settle for anything less than the best. He chuckled at me and said, "Babe, you don't get to choose, everyone usually rotates on the lot and whoever approaches you, that's who you will work with." I insisted that I get to choose who I work with, he shook his head and we walked on to the lot, I was braced to be a chum bucket in a swirling miasma of sharks, but that was the farthest thing from my actual experience. Miss Jen Decker approached me and asked how she could help, I told her I wanted to test drive the 2016 Tacoma. I could not have asked for a better, smarter, more fun or nicer person to help me! We chatted, we laughed, I asked a million and one questions, all of which she had the answer to. Jen even taught me how to use the back up camera despite my preteen reversing skills that needed a nice vote of confidence and a pat on the back. When we came back into the cozy office filled with fresh baked peanut butter cookies (F yes! They know how to do things here!), Jen asked me when I wanted to make my dreams a reality. I told her that it might be about two years, but she showed me that I could have my dream car now! This process and experience was empowering and very fond. I got everything I wanted and even more! Jen Decker is my favorite! She is even saved in my contacts as The Jen Decker Extraordinaire! Boom! More
