Great Experience I came in to trade in my car for a used Toyota, and ended up leaving with a leased 2015 RAV4. I wasn't planning on leasing but after Jen compared purc I came in to trade in my car for a used Toyota, and ended up leaving with a leased 2015 RAV4. He went to bat for me any time I raised on objection and he truly knows the cars he is selling. Excellent experience My wife and I bought a Toyota Sienna from Mountain States Toyota and it was a terrific experience. We first came to the dealership several months ago My wife and I bought a Toyota Sienna from Mountain States Toyota and it was a terrific experience. We first came to the dealership several months ago after we found out we were pregnant with twins. We met Randy Hendricks, who helped us that day and again several months later. Randy was wonderful. He was personable, professional, helpful and informative. We drove a car that day and learned a lot about the Sienna. Randy put no pressure on us whatsoever and encouraged us to call with questions. We also had a nice, unexpected meal at the dealership, as they had a free barbecue that day. (They have other food specials throughout the week, which is a big selling point for me, given that I will always have kids in tow when I come.) A few months later, we came back just after our babies were (unexpectedly) born early. Again, we worked with Randy and he did a wonderful job for us. We had done our homework and had shopped around at other dealerships, as well as using an auto broker. Mountain States' was easily the most competitive of any dealership we looked at, and when the auto broker was able to get us a slightly better price than Mountain States, they matched it. Again, Randy was personable, helpful and gracious. He took an interest in our family and in our kids. He was patient, kind and informative. I would HIGHLY recommend Mountain States Toyota, and Randy Hendricks in particular, to anyone shopping for a car. Jerrod Sheppard did our financing for us and he was professional and friendly, as well. I would happily work with him again. I spoke briefly to Felix Warwas on the phone, and we met him briefly at the dealership, and he, too, was very professional. Overall, we had a great experience at Mountain States Toyota. I look forward to a continuing relationship with them in the future and would highly recommend them to others. More

Awesome customer service and great work when I needed it Mos I was leaving for work one morning and found out my truck wouldn't start. I needed to get it in and looked at ASAP but the three or four dealerships I was leaving for work one morning and found out my truck wouldn't start. I needed to get it in and looked at ASAP but the three or four dealerships I called all said it would be about 3 days at the earliest that anyone could get to it. I called Mountain States Toyota and spoke with Scott Jarrett and he told me to have it towed in and they would get someone to look at it the same day even though they were almost a week out from seeing new vehicles. Scott did an amazing job managing the project and keeping me informed as the issues. Scott understood my urgency and did all he could to help me out. I am very appreciative of the Service provided from Scott and Mountain States Toyota. I live very close to two other Toyota dealerships but drive completely out of my way to get serviced at Mountain States. Great work guys keep it up!! More
