Go nowhere else other than Mountain States! Every time I visit this dealership I am welcomed with fun and friendly staff who go above and beyond to accommodate anyone who enters Mountain States. After experiencing delicious complimentary food and relaxing massages on all different days of the week, I dare any car buyer to walk into this facility and argue that this dealership does not feel like a second home. The combination of knowledgable and helpful salesman, management, service technicians, and part suppliers is the reason why I've purchased my custom order Toyota Tundra from Mountain States. The speedy arrival of my 2016 Toyota Tundra foreshadowed the incredible deals and financing that followed. This truck now totals 6 cars my family has purchased from this dealership and will continue to supply business to. Tim Van Binsbergen has created a special, unique facility that all others should look toward. If you have not stopped by Mountain States Toyota, I would highly recommend doing so and experiencing the true difference that sets this dealership apart from everyone else. He was personable, knowledgeable, trustworthy, and made my first Toyota experience an exceptional one. I knew that regardless of what vehicle I ultimately chose, I wanted to work with Randy. I would recommend Randy and Mountain States Toyota to anyone else I know who is interested in purchasing or leasing a vehicle. Mountain States was significantly more competitive on price than the other Toyota dealerships I visited in the Denver area. I never felt pressured to move forward with my purchase before I was absolutely ready, and I immediately felt I could trust Randy and the Mountain States team. Generally I hate buying cars, its usually a hassle and not a lot of fun. This was pressure-free, hassle-free, and I got a really great car too. I went to Mountain States on the recommendation of a friend who had just purchased a new car there. I didn't even go anywhere else. I was so comfortable and impressed by how I was treated and by what all comes with the new car that I agreed to buy there that night. I have since taken my car back to have some options installed on it that I purchased and that too has been exceptional. I will not go anywhere else for a new car again, yes, they are just that good! horrible I have been going here for a year because of the toyota free service till 25,000 miles. I have had nothing but bad experiences. Me and my wife both ha I have been going here for a year because of the toyota free service till 25,000 miles. I have had nothing but bad experiences. Me and my wife both had are windows tinted. I have had to go back 3 times because of big bubbles in the tint. My wife went back twice for same reason. My wifes car was a used fleet vehicle and apparently the fleet vehicles do not get the free service. Something we were not told when buying the vehicle. The service person was rude to her when telling her this. I had them remove the decal they stick on all the cars they scratched the tail gate pretty bad to the point that i now have to go to a body shop to get it fixed. Granted they are paying for it but still a sorry about that would be nice. Also takes them about 20 min to get your car in and out for an oil change but you cant take your car out till they call you up. Which takes about another hour. I am going to start paying for oil changes rather than go here. I did not have any issues with the sales department. More

Awesome car buying experience.. I was in on a busy Saturday (11/7/2016). I was split between two completely different vehicles. Daniel took the time to show me around and explain the vehicle I was looking at. Even though I was well aware of the vehicle and its features it was nice to hear someone being HONEST and PATIENT. I left for a quick lunch and returned to purchase my truck. Excellent salesman. I look forward to coming back and will ask for Daniel. The dealership in a whole is excellent. Bob Ellis gave me a very informed tour of over 8 vehicles that fit my criteria, explaining the differences in the models and prices and all the features. I test drove, and bought my choice. I was very pleased with the Certified Preowned program and that made the decision easy. Dustin got me a better rate than my bank and made the financing easy. The entire process was stress free and comfortable and I am very happy with my decision to shop there. More
