I let him know what I was looking for and set up an appointment for the same afternoon. As soon as we arrived at the dealer we were greeted by Kelly. He was super knowledgeable and very helpful. When our first option didn't fit within our budget, he made recommendations and we were home with a new car that same day. We worked with Ryan when it came time to sign all the papers and he made the experience super easy to understand! Awesome Experience at Mountain States Toyota I went to Mountain States looking to buy my first car. I was a little skeptical because I've heard from multiple people how hectic and stressful it ca I went to Mountain States looking to buy my first car. I was a little skeptical because I've heard from multiple people how hectic and stressful it can be going to a dealership. As soon as we got there Kelly Nimeth was ready to show us the car that I was interested in. He asked my preferences and he took me straight to the car I was looking for. We went for a test drive and he answered any questions that I had. He was very personable and friendly.Once I was set on buying that car, we went inside and talked prices. He was very helpful and in the end we agreed on a fair price. My family has been buying cars from Toyota since before I was born. I'm so happy with my purchase and I'm glad that I picked Mountain States Toyota. Kelly was awesome and all the employees were friendly. He even sent me a thank you gift to my house. I will definitely be back for another car in the future!!! More

Buyer Beware It has been a year since the purchase of my vehicle from Mountain States Toyota. In the last year the following parts have been fixed and or repla It has been a year since the purchase of my vehicle from Mountain States Toyota. In the last year the following parts have been fixed and or replaced: • Transfer Case (Within the first month of ownership) • Both Front Hubs (Within the first month of ownership) • Front Differential (Within the first month of ownership) • Transfer Case Seal X 5 (Throughout the year) • Front Left Tire Pressure Monitor (Within the first month of ownership) • Drive Shaft (bent and out of alignment and the reason for an irritating squealing noise coming from the under carriage and the reason seals were getting destroyed--recently fixed…so, Mountain States Toyota sold it to me with a bent freaking drive shaft.) • Emergency Brake Connection (broke on the highway! failure due to rotting back plates) A few of these items were fixed by the dealership in the first few months of ownership due to them wanting to make things right, which I can appreciate. But I had to keep bringing it back for them to look at and they kept it for weeks at a time. Once I got it back it was returned to me in the same condition that I brought it in. This went on for at least 2 months after my purchase. Overall this has been the worst vehicle I’ve ever owned. I understand it was a previously enjoyed vehicle, but this should have never made it to the resale lot. I can’t wait until I can get rid of this vehicle so I can have a safe vehicle for my family. I (and almost needless to say, but I’m going to say the people who witnessed me go through this) will never buy another vehicle from Mountain State Toyota, aaaaaaand I will do my best to lure folks away. Severely disappointed, Ladies and Gentlemen. Buyer Beware. More
