I fully expected to be frustrated and hating this experience but it went very well. They even worked to get the 4runner that had just arrived that morning ready for me to drive off in very short time. Doug didn't quite sell me as much as provide me with all the information, and price, that I needed to make a decision for myself. Shopping Made Easy After my 2010 Corolla was rear ended and totalled, I headed to Mountain States Toyota in hopes of buying my third Corolla from there. Scot quickly app After my 2010 Corolla was rear ended and totalled, I headed to Mountain States Toyota in hopes of buying my third Corolla from there. Scot quickly approached and us (myself, my 15 year old son and 12 year old daughter) and asked what we were in search of. He listened to my story and was very compassionate to what I was looking for, keeping in mind my budget and color specifications. I judge most places and employees of those places by how my children are treated. He treated my children with respect, and patiently answered all our questions. He was not pushy, did not pressure me at all. After an hour or so of driving through the lot, we chose a 2014 Camry, and we left with it that day even though my insurance check had not been received yet. Scot returned my rental for me, got me through finance pretty quickly (thanks, Ryan), and was genuinely interested in my satisfaction. He noticed that my Camry had no floor mats and he promised to find me some. And he made good on that promise. He even put in the floor mats! He returned every call promptly and followed up on any question I asked. Ask for Scot the next time you visit Mountain States Toyota. More

Both were very polite and patient with me while I made my decisions. They wanted to make sure I had the information I wanted and that I was happy and didn't pressure me into making a purchase. Another great factor is that they're willing to negotiate. They understand that there are other dealers in the area and gave me competitive offers in order to earn my business. Lana was a great sales associate, taking care of us like family! We drove up from CO Springs expecting our visit to be one of several based on whichever dealer provided the best deal. The care we received and the price offered (better than the two dealers in CO Springs and another in Denver) was so good, that we looked no further than Mountain States. The mark of a great organization is one in which the entire workforce visibly embraces and echoes a well understood culture. Mountain States does this, why it has won numerous awards. More
