Lana was a great sales associate, taking care of us like family! We drove up from CO Springs expecting our visit to be one of several based on whichever dealer provided the best deal. The care we received and the price offered (better than the two dealers in CO Springs and another in Denver) was so good, that we looked no further than Mountain States. The mark of a great organization is one in which the entire workforce visibly embraces and echoes a well understood culture. Mountain States does this, why it has won numerous awards. More

Both were very polite and patient with me while I made my decisions. They wanted to make sure I had the information I wanted and that I was happy and didn't pressure me into making a purchase. Another great factor is that they're willing to negotiate. They understand that there are other dealers in the area and gave me competitive offers in order to earn my business.
