Took my car in for a service that would be taking all day. Because of this I was given a courtesy rental. Although I didnt have to pay for rental I still opted into the daily insurance. Well my car then had to stay at the dealership at no fault of mine. When talking to them I said I cannot afford another day of the insurance as I only planned on one. I was told don’t worry, it would be covered. We’ll get my charge and it sure wasn’t. Called the dealership about 10 times and never received one call back about it. After coming here for YEARS, I think another dealership will be getting my business after this. More

We called MST to get some advice on error messages to see if we could continue to drive our newish Tacoma, and we were out on hold for 20 minutes. We called back and left a message that they responded to over an hour later. the guy didn't even know what Toyota maintenance plan we had, and when we told him, he didn't think anything was covered, even though, it was and we already had roadside assistance on the way. It's upsetting knowing this is who has our backs when we are in difficult situations. I live less than 5 minutes from this dealership, but am considering changing them as my primary. More
HORRIBLE! my car was vandalized while undergoing service at the dealer and they refuse to take accountability. I have before and after pics, and video. My car was returned to me dusty, on empty and with a graffiti tag scratched into the driver's door. I found dings and huge scratches on the tailgate and hood as well. The worst part is they tried to obstruct the damage by sloppily applying paint and trying to buff out the evidence. They were rude, sketchy and unethical and have been turned into the police and to State Farm. More
