We are those crazy people who live in Idaho and bought a truck in Chattanooga, TN. Baylor did an excellent job. Before I even stepped foot at the dealership, Justin deserved 5 stars. He was communicative and on top of everything! I requested a test drive for a vehicle that wasn’t on site as yet and he made sure I deserved 5 stars. He was communicative and on top of everything! Upon arrival to the dealership, he was already waiting with keys in hand for me. He made the paperwork process simple and I was able to get everything that I wanted at a price I can afford. 10 out of 10 recommend! I was really worried about buying my first car -- I had no idea how this worked and we have been ripped off in the past -- but I had no choice when my old car kicked the bucket.
