Great Prices I went to Mountain View to look for a Colorado and they were sold out. They had a nice pre-owned 2014 Silverado I ended up buying. Pros: Good pri I went to Mountain View to look for a Colorado and they were sold out. They had a nice pre-owned 2014 Silverado I ended up buying. Pros: Good price on the vehicle Very friendly Cons: Initially tried to hit me for a $2,400 dealer fee. I refused because that is ridiculous. They lowered it to $1,400 which is still outrageous. It should worst case be $500-700 or not at all. I had filled out their pre finance approval for which said I would get 6.8% financing and ended up at 8.9%. When I got to the finance manager, they pulled the usual stuff. They tacked on $599 for paperwork, another $800 for GAP coverage (found out later I could get for $38 a year from my insurance carrier), and another $600 for key replacement and ding protection. So, basically they tacked out around $3,400 of extra costs. They rush you through the test drive. They made me bring the salesman and got to only drive down the street and back so I wasn't able to adequately assess the vehicle. Found out the front headlights were cracked and the hood has several rock chips which I asked them to fix and they refused due to it being a used vehicle. I had to spend $40 on new wiper blades when I got home. More
