The dealership had my truck for three weeks and never put me in a rental car. Because I was not in a rental car. I missed so much work that I could not even pay my bills for that month. They let my truck sit me in a rental car. Because I was not in a rental car. I missed so much work that I could not even pay my bills for that month. They let my truck sit out on a lot for weeks on in until they ran a water hose over the top of my truck to figure out where the leak was. A five minute job for them to do cost me over $3000 at work. I had such a bad experience with Mountain View Chevrolet that I am trying to get rid of my brand new truck just so I do not have to deal with them anymore. How sad is that? More

The wheels where balanced and the used white/light grey weights on my black rims. They stick out like a sore thumb once you see them. This shows a concerning lack of detail/care from the mechanics.
