We drove over 110 miles to the dealership to look at a car. I reached out to the dealership via email and Shay Cribbs answered back on a Sunday evening. She then followered up with a phone call Monday morning. She indicated that when we arrived to ask for Josh Brewer. There was no need Josh welcomed us at the door and introduced himself and us to Saeed Abazid who brought the vehicle we wanted to see to us. He spent time with us discussing the features of the vehicle and then took my husband and son for a test drive. We worked with Saeed to finalize the deal. Ben Roberts then worked with us to ensure we got the financing we were comfortable with. I have bought several cars in my life and this was by far one of the best buying experiences we have had. Thank you to Shay, Josh, Saeed and Ben. We will be back to Mtn. View for our next purchase. More

We essentially told him that we had bad credit, no down payment, and can't afford a huge monthly payment and asked him what he could do for us. Much to our surprise, we were approved for a 2017 Chevy Cruze. A brand new car! Never in our wildest dreams did we think we could get something so great.
