My first purchase at your dealership The sales experience as excellent, this is the third vehicle I have purchased from John Wheeler. He has been my sales person since 2010. The time i The sales experience as excellent, this is the third vehicle I have purchased from John Wheeler. He has been my sales person since 2010. The time it took to finalized the process was fairly quick. The vehicle was clean and ready to go when I took delivery of it. Finance was okay overall. I really needed a warranty for the car, but when it was offered to me, I declined to take it at the time because the deductible was too high. Having been in the auto industry I know that deductibles can be adjusted. It however affects the cost of it and profit the dealership can have. When I declined the initial offer of the extended warranty, the Finance Manager instead on inquiring as to why or how he could earn my business, he just said "that is the craziest thing I have ever heard" which really I felt disrespected and he became condescending even. He would not even look me in the eye when speaking to me. Had he asked to earn my business or if he would have at least offer me a low enough deductible, I would have taken the extended warranty. For now I will get an aftermarket extended warranty. More
