Service during purchasing a new 2017 Chevrolet Impala I just purchased a 2017 Chevrolet Impala from Mtn View Chevrolet in Chattanooga, Tennessee. My salesman was Sean Moses who greeted us as we walked in I just purchased a 2017 Chevrolet Impala from Mtn View Chevrolet in Chattanooga, Tennessee. My salesman was Sean Moses who greeted us as we walked into the dealership. He was very friendly and helpful with information on the new car. He had the paper work completed when we arrived and it only took a few minutes to close the sale. He reviewed the car with us and helped us to understand all new features. Since we had a 2014 Chevrolet Impala there was little difference for us. The car was ready for us upon arrival. Sean kept asking us if we had any questions. He was a very nice young man. Everything went smooth Made appointment for Saturday at 11am salesman called two days before to talk a few minutes. I guess to see what my wife and I had in mind. My wife did not see anything that she liked. Walked across the street to Mountain View Chevrolet. My wife found a sonic that she liked so we negotiated a little bit and we agreed on a price. We paid the man and will pick the car up Saturday. Everything went smooth, had no problems whatsoever. The salesman was very nice and polite. But the people at Mountain View Ford were just as nice and polite. My wife just liked the Chevrolet better. I would buy from any Mountain View Dealership. More
