I've been coming to Mtn View for a couple of years for service due to how close it is to work and it's always HOURS before it's done regardless of your appt time. They do good work but if you could just stay on some kind of schedule and remember your customers time is important as yours you would be awesome. The advisors are great but maybe you should look at hiring a new oil change tech or get them some help. I'm not sure who my advisor was so If I pick the wrong one below forgive me. More
