Took care of my problem quickly and efficiently. I discovered a rattling noise on the right side of my car and it continued to get worse. Good People Good Servive when Buying My New Lincoln I went into the Dealership on a Friday afternoon had my trade in evaluated, picked out a new Lincoln Nautilus, put together the deal, the salesman sho I went into the Dealership on a Friday afternoon had my trade in evaluated, picked out a new Lincoln Nautilus, put together the deal, the salesman showed me all the many features on the Nautilus and made sure I was comfortable with those features, was shown all available accessories and made my choices and signed all the financing paper work which included picking a service plan. I first saw one of the ownesr, knew of some of the salesman's family. Everyone across the board treated me the way I would want to treat other people. Excellent professional staff. I have had several "stupid me" questions since I bought the Nautilus and ever one was answered to my satisfaction. These are reasons I gave the dealership a five star rating.
