Only thing that was stated that was correct was payment amount. Finance manger offer no help at all, no effort to calm the situation. This was second new car purchased here and also tried to buy a used car that was unsuccessful. My bottom line is we got you now and we are not going to do anything to make you a repeat customer. WE OWE Bought a used Ram 1500 back in early July '19, As part of the deal I was given a "WE OWE" slip for two items that needed to be fixed. A few weeks late Bought a used Ram 1500 back in early July '19, As part of the deal I was given a "WE OWE" slip for two items that needed to be fixed. A few weeks later my salesman called and set up a day to bring car in. The night before I brought Truck in and at that point was told I couldn't have a loaner. So now I had to arrange a ride back and forth to work through one of my coworkers. The next day that my Truck was in the shop, I got a call from the service dept that in order to fix the issues I would be responsible for $1100. I said what part of "WE OWE" don't you understand. I was told to call used car manager Dick Clark. To no avail, I've tried to speak to Dick and others about this including my salesman that has repeatedly given me his work that he will make it right and I've gotten nowhere. No one returns my calls and to this date my truck has STILL not been fixed!!! Might seem to Mt Ephraim Dodge that 'I'm asking for a lot but it just what was owed, nothing more nothing less!!! More
