I had to bring my Jeep srt in because the check engine light came on. I dealt with John smashey and he made my whole experience very easy and in a short amount of time. Everybody is very knowledgeable and extremely nice here.

"Serivce Dept this location worst"

Joe.....that's all I need to say. Joe is only nice if your car needs an oil change or a button replaced, if its in depth he looks like an mean old grandpa who don't want company over during his football game on tv. Go to Cherry Hill Dodge, they same company but the service is great there.

Thank you Pete for answering back, but this is just something that can not be fixed. Only guy that could probably do something would be Charlie (the owner) but I know he is a busy guy, so really not worth it to try to fix the issue with you Pete. My words say it all, Cherry Hill Dodge worked with me, found my problem and not wasted my time like Joe and his team did. The sales team is awesome, I love those guys, but if you want car work done then goto Cherry Hill Dodge, they want to help you. Thank you for asking Pete, your a great guy too.

"Service Dept. for our Dodge Dart"

Every time I visit this Service Dept., they are so pleasant and welcoming! This time I again had service from Joe, he is friendly and personable, makes one feel at home. I always wait for my vehicle whether it's my Dodge Dakota Truck or the Dodge Dart, the waiting area is comfortable, there's always coffee available,TV, and if you are hungry Snack and Soda Machines.When the vehicle is completed, they come in and give you it's location and information for payment. "8000 Mile Service-2016 ScatPack Charger"

I was able to get off of work a little early, and knew that I wanted to get some maintenance done on my car. Usually calling a dealer service department is an appointment a week or so in the future. Joe picked up my call, I explained that I was close by, and asked if he could arrange an appointment. He was able to accomodate me then. It was at night also! He also advised me that there was a flash due for the PCM in my vehicle that they would be taking care of. reccomend anyone especially with a late model hemi to go see them for service. Bill in parts area has always helped me find what I have needed and he now stocks SRT oil filters for the GEN III hemi. Alex, Steve, and the rest of the sales staff also greeted me as I enetered the showroom. Thanks for a great experience

"Always a good experience"

I have had my Jeep and both of my Dodges in for service at Mt Ephraim Dodge on several occasions and feel as though I am treated as a friend as much as a customer. I usually deal with Joe Giunta and have always found him to be helpful and accommodating to my needs. It's always a pleasure to bring my cars into the dealership where by now I am greeted by name by staff ranging from service writers to technicians to lot attendants, etc. I have even used the body shop on occasion with equal satisfaction. I would recommend Mt Ephraim Dodge to anyone seeking a top-rate automotive experience.

"Customer Service at Mt. Ephraim Dodge"

Without a doubt, Mt Ephraim has the best customer service department. Had an issue with my Key Fob and they were able to accommodate me and fix the problem. My engine light came on and they were able to fit me in and take care of the problem right away. Joe and Jordon were very helpful. I highly recommend Mt. Ephraim Dodge.

"Don't look anywhere else, come here where it feels like home"

If your in the market, frustrated with the run around or just testing the waters then Mt. Ephraim Dodge is the place to come. First, this is little long so please read to the end. When you first step into this dealership you feel a little small, but they are quick to welcome you and make you feel right at home. Between me and my family we have bought 5 cars from here and we will be always going back. (After the first car, the time spent there for a buy is less and less....they already know me lol) Alex and Dean are right there to help you with any final touches and to let you know if your eyes are bigger then your pocket :). Albert Novelli is a great guy who you can contact about anything from buying a car there to helping you with an issue that needs service work. He will get you rolling fast. Bob Peters is an awesome guy to talk to and hang with when your doing the waiting for the paper work to be reviewed. Anthony Castrataro is the guy to hang with when your outside looking around, he is funny and makes you feel like the wait there is not so bad. "The Service Department" AWESOME.....Jared Katz, great guy ***In my Trump voice with my thumb up*** He is a nice guy to talk to, very helpful, don't be afraid of the look, its just him waiting for you too talk to him. :) Joe Giunta.......good old Joe......he will tell you no lies......if your car is no good, its no good. He goes the extra mile to make sure your happy weather you like it or not, he will do his best. Thanks Joe. Last but not least, Frank Novelli for all your support in getting all my cars financed and at the right price and bank I want thanks Frank, thank you Debbie Green for handling my paper work and getting the refunds owed to me and also calling me to wish me a happy birthday you rock and Linn who always answers the phone oh so nice and puts up with my funny attitude when she answers....I always mess with her, but its all in fun and she is always very nice never rude. There you have it, my rundown review of my total experience with My. Ephraim Dodge. A+ is my score for them and I will always go here while these guys are still working here (and ladies). Johnny "O", Thank you for getting me in the door here with our first car. "Ignored Since September"

Went there in September because my car that was less than one year old had foggy splotches all over the paint throughout the car. Ernie told me those panels had to be repainted and took photos and supposedly submitted a claim. It is now the end of February and I have yet to hear anything from them. I was able to get the marks out with a professional detail, but no thanks to them or concern of theirs. I never heard anything back saying yes we will fix it or no we will not. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! He was rude and appeared uninterested and bothered from the beginning.

"No parts available for repair??"

I callled the service department on February 5th and scheduled an appointment for a warranty repair on February 15th. I told the staff member what I needed done and she advised me of some things I needed to do so the van would be ready for the service. So I get there at 8 am and Joe Guinea tells me he will need to check to see if they have the parts. Excuse me, check for parts for an appointment I made 10 days ago? So I wait; and guess what...no parts! 10 days is plenty of time to order the necessary parts. Now I understand people make mistakes, but he didn't even apologize! He just plainly told me he would call when the parts come in. At least make an attempt to offer an apology on behalf of the company! Highly disappointed in this service department!

"Great!!!! "

The salesman Chris who I worked with was awesome not only is he a man of his word but he went over and beyond. I got power locks installed in my car but instead of me having to take the car to the shop Chris personally came to my house to get the car and kept me informed on the progress the entire time. I would definitely recommend Chris if shopping for a car.
