Excellent Car Shopping and Buying Experience! My husband and I purchased a 2017 Chrysler Pacifica Touring L from Mt. Ephraim last night through the TrueCar internet discount program. From Dominick My husband and I purchased a 2017 Chrysler Pacifica Touring L from Mt. Ephraim last night through the TrueCar internet discount program. From Dominick, who immediately responded to our TrueCar search last week and invited us in, to Ed who first helped us test-drive a Pacifica and showed us our choices, to Floor Manager Bob who answered phone questions, to Gena, who patiently answered our questions about safety features and had us test-drive a few more, to Chris, who had us sign on the dotted line, to the Cashier (whose name I've forgotten) - our shopping and buying experience was handled professionally, courteously and honestly throughout every step. Because of this, and after meeting Service Manager Joe, I plan to take it back for maintenance services while working on my laptop using their free WIFI. Oh, and Albert walked me through how to use the Stow-n-Go seats right before I left the lot last night. Five stars all the way!! More
