Overall, experience was good. Sales manager was rude. My salesman, Dennis Sanseverino was very nice, helpful, and got me, what I felt, was a good deal on my '17 Challenge. Service Advisor, John Smashey, w My salesman, Dennis Sanseverino was very nice, helpful, and got me, what I felt, was a good deal on my '17 Challenge. Service Advisor, John Smashey, was very helpful with a problem that I had. Parts Manager, Ken Boody, receives a 5 star rating for going beyond his job and righting a wrong that occurred through Chrysler. My very brief dealing with the sales manager (didn't get his name) that soured my otherwise pleasant experience. The sales manager was rude and bordered on crude as we tried to correct a misunderstanding in my purchase of a new car. After dealing with him, I was ready to return my new car and ask that my trade-in be given back to me. Isn't it a shame that one person, who adds to the stereotypical used car salesman image, can put a damper on the experience of purchasing a new vehicle. It was Parts Manager Ken Boody who basically turned the experience back to something pleasant or I would have been giving a two star rating. More
