Horrible Experience Went to see a Chevy Silverado. Stanley was our salesman. He seemed ok at first. During the test drive we noticed something wrong with turn signal. Went to see a Chevy Silverado. We didnt want to make a decision on making the purchase until we knew it would be fixed properly. Stanley started getting very pushy and wanted us to sign paperwork and assign it to our insurance before we made a decision to purchase. He talked us into putting a deposit down but we refused to sign any paperwork. When we got home we researched the truck more and realized it was not a 4 wheel drive which is what we were looking for. In the morning my husband called Stanley and told him we changed pur mind and wanted our deposit back. He seemed ok but was persistent to make a deal. Offered to drop the price. Was instant on wanting to make a deal even after being told no. Then he wanted us to text him our credit card information to his cell phone for a refund of deposit. He was very unprofessional. We called dealership and dealt with Chris to get our refund who seemed very nice and professional. We refused to deal with Stanley. More
