He explain the options and choices that were available and helped us look at vehicles on the lot and take a test drive. Ultimately, the color we wanted the Pacifica in with the options we wanted was not on the lot. Larry searched and found the vehicle we purchased and it was delivered the following week. We had a good discussion on the price and the value of our trade in. Overall, we had a very positive experience and were never pressured or ask to compromise on any items. More
